I. We always praise nature. Saying nature is harmonious, balanced, full of love and wisdom. Lions and antelopes coexist in some sacred cycle. Every species has its "ecological niche." Mutually dependent. This is complete fairy tale.

II. In biology, there's a thought experiment called Darwinian Demon. Suppose there's a species that can do the following: Infinite reproduction. Not limited by resources. Can raise however many it produces. No predators. Nothing can kill it. Immortal. Doesn't die naturally. Infinitely adaptable. Can survive in any environment.

III. What would this species do? It would cover the entire Earth in extremely short time. Eat all resources. Crowd out other species. Fill the oceans. Cover the land. Occupy the atmosphere.
