Vibe Marketing: Automate Your Marketing Workflow with AI

From Vibe Coding to Vibe Marketing. How to use AI tools to automate marketing workflows. Includes practical cases, tool recommendations, and implementation methods.

Vibe Marketing: Automate Your Marketing Workflow with AI

In December 2025, I came across a tweet on X. John Rush said he was blown away by a Vibe Marketing Agent. This agent could: automatically mine content ideas from keyword research, quickly build mini tools using Vibe Coding to capture SEO traffic, convert trending videos into articles, and execute real pSEO (programmatic SEO) including template generation and data curation.

The tweet got over 60,000 views and 600+ likes. Everyone in the comments was asking the same question: how is this even possible?

Another person named J.B. shared his approach. He built a three-Agent collaboration system using Lindy, calling it a "junior CMO that works 24/7". He said, now I just need to issue a single task like "analyze competitors, find the best angles, write the copy," and I get a complete marketing plan in a few hours.

A team called BridgeMind put it more directly: I have completely automated virality. While I sleep, the system automatically posts hundreds of short videos for me. People don't realize what this means yet, but they will soon.

These cases made me realize that Vibe Marketing is not just a concept, but a methodology being validated in practice.

An Interesting Job Posting

Fintech company Ramp posted a job opening called Vibe Growth Marketing Manager. Salary up to $230,000.

The requirements are interesting. Must know Python, be familiar with AI and APIs, and be able to quickly build prototypes using tools like Zapier, Make, and Retool. The core requirement is rapid implementation, not writing proposals.

There is a key phrase in the job description: A working prototype today is worth more than a polished deck next week.

This position represents a trend. Marketers need technical skills to harness AI tools for workflow automation.

pSEO: The Power of Programmatic SEO

The pSEO that John Rush mentioned is one of the core plays in Vibe Marketing. Traditional SEO means writing articles one by one. pSEO means using programs to batch generate pages.

Here is how it works. First find a category of long-tail keywords, like "best YY service in XX city". Then design a page template, use a program to automatically fill in data for different cities, and generate hundreds or even thousands of pages at once.

This used to require developers to write code. Now AI can generate it directly. You tell Claude or GPT what kind of template you want, it writes the code for you, you deploy with Vercel or Cloudflare Pages, and you can go live in minutes.

A real data point: someone used this method to generate 100 ad creatives in 2 hours, improving ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) by 220%.

Video to Article: A New Approach to Content Repurposing

Another interesting approach is automatically converting trending videos into articles.

The process goes like this. Use AI tools to monitor trending videos on YouTube or TikTok, automatically extract subtitles, then have AI rewrite the subtitles into article format, add SEO-optimized titles and meta descriptions, and auto-publish to a blog.

The benefit of this method is that you don't need to think of topics yourself. Trending videos have already validated market demand, you're just presenting content in a different format.

The BridgeMind team used a similar method to achieve "automatically posting hundreds of pieces of content while sleeping".

Three-Agent Collaboration System

The Lindy three-Agent system that J.B. shared is an architecture worth referencing.

The first Agent handles research. It goes to search engines, social media, competitor websites to collect information and compile structured reports.

The second Agent handles analysis. It reads the research report, identifies key insights, and proposes marketing strategy recommendations.

The third Agent handles execution. It generates specific copy, image prompts, and publishing schedules based on the strategy.

The three Agents chained together form a complete marketing workflow. You just need to issue a high-level task like "help me plan next month's social media content," and you get a complete plan in a few hours.

This multi-Agent collaboration approach is much more powerful than using ChatGPT alone. Each Agent focuses on one thing, and the final result is more professional.

Automating Viral Distribution

BridgeMind's approach is more aggressive. They use tools like ViewCreator to achieve fully automated short video production and publishing.

The process roughly goes like this. AI monitors trending topics, automatically generates video scripts, calls video generation APIs to create videos, then automatically publishes to multiple platforms according to a preset schedule.

They say they've "completely automated virality" - while that sounds a bit exaggerated, the core idea is right: automate every step of content production and distribution, and humans only need to monitor results and adjust strategy.

Real Results Data

From the data I've collected, Vibe Marketing results are quantifiable.

Labor costs reduced by 40% to 60%. Things that used to require a whole team can now be handled by one or two people.

Click-through rates increased 2 to 3 times. Because AI can quickly generate lots of variants and find the best version through A/B testing.

Content production speed increased over 10 times. Used to take 8 hours to make 10 ad variants, now 2 hours for 100.

Of course, these numbers come from early adopters who typically have strong technical skills. Regular marketers may need a learning curve.

For browser automation, I wrote about how AI can control browsers before, you can check it out.

An Observation

Vibe Marketing and Vibe Coding have one thing in common: both put "rapid iteration" first.

Traditional marketing emphasizes strategy, planning, brand consistency. Vibe Marketing emphasizes speed, testing, data-driven decisions.

That phrase in the Ramp job posting says it clearly: A working prototype today is worth more than a polished deck next week.

This doesn't mean brand isn't important. It means that in the AI era, execution speed has become a core competitive advantage. You can test 100 creatives in a day while competitors are still in meetings discussing their plan.

Of course, this approach isn't suitable for every company. If brand image is extremely important, like luxury goods, you might still need to be cautious. But for most growth-oriented companies, Vibe Marketing is worth trying.

I'm also using similar methods myself, having AI help me write blogs, do research, generate images. Efficiency has really improved a lot. For specific setup instructions, check out this article I wrote before.

The key is to do it. Reading articles is not as good as running it yourself. When you encounter problems, ask AI. It can help solve most technical issues.

Vibe Marketing is still a buzzy concept, but AI improving efficiency across the board is real.
